Calvino is my favourite author and I plan to reread "The Baron In The Trees". My question is, is there any difference between the general edition of "The Baron In The Trees" and the "Baron in The Trees" section in "Our Ancestors"( a trilogy of short novels he wrote during the 50s and 60s I believe) my edition of The Baron In The Trees is only 208 pages yet "Our Ancestors" edition on Amazon shows only 400 pages. It feels like it's unusually short for an omnibus of three novels. Was "The Baron In The Trees" later expanded into a longer novel? Or do they have the same content without any changes?
