    Sometimes I need to fight people, I need to say no, I need to respect my self. Sometimes I avoid defending my own person cos I hate how I feel after that.

    When I go against other's approval then I feel stressed, frustrated…bad. I'm too sensitive to be assertive.

    I want to be assertive, to be proud to be protecting my worth.

    I need something to read that helps me being more assertive or/and live better after a confrontation.
    I want a more assertive "aura", a charisma.

    I really need this to live better, it's a major problem fro me.

    Sorry for my English, I know it's not perfect, I'm Italian 😅
