I am out of books I know I want to read and I’m having a hard time finding stuff that is interesting me. I love sci fi books. I loved basically every book by PKD, Cormac McCarthy, and Tolkien. I have read some of the Horus heresy books and really liked them but I don’t really want to read a series right now. Caught up on game of thrones books. Maybe I’m just burnt out on sci fi/fantasy cuz it’s been hard to find good ones lately. (I know Cormac McCarthy doesn’t fit in sci fi)
I’ve also read some more informational/speculative books recently. Some that I loved were “What if? Serious scientific answers to absurd hypothetical questions” “Meditations” “The worst case scenario survival handbook” “The Book. The ultimate guide to rebuilding a civilization” “The art of war”
Genuinely my favorite book series/manga was Berserk and nothing has really come close since then. I’m not huge into manga tho because of how expensive it is to buy a series.
Non fiction or fiction and I don’t really have a specific genre I’m looking for. Just hoping someone with similar taste has a book they love to share.
