My 7-year-old has had behaviour issues for a while (therapy helped a quite a bit), but recently started saying that I make her hit me because I make her mad. I would love if there was some book where someone realizes that they choose how they act when they are upset. Or even a book with a bully the reader dislikes that she might recognize some of her own behaviour in and want to change. We have a few anger and big feelings books, but I would love more suggestions, especially with a character actually hitting. Thanks!
