Suggest me books to help me mind my own business.

I live in extremely Conservative country and I will start my second year in few days.

With the current situations (palestine-israel conflict, bad economy..etc) many people from religious groups will visit and give lectures about how everyone is coming for us (Jews, westerners, feminists..etc), trying to destroy us, and the most importantly how all this can stop when women cover themselves…
So I have a problem where I'm slowly losing my mind and I might say something that will get me in dangerous situation if they keep policing every breath I take

I want good books that will help get through this year
