    I’m working on compiling a list of books to get for my S/O for their birthday. They are an avid reader and has read a large variety of books. I used to be the same way but for multiple reasons don’t read as much as I used to (though I am working on it).

    I have a small list of books in their “to read” list, and I’m very familiar with the books they’ve already read (I’ve let her borrow a lot of books from my own collection). I’m struggling to come up with books to surprise them with, and I’ve even considered a Kindle Unlimited subscription. However, I consider a collection of books to be more personal, and they prefer physical books anyway.

    I’m hoping that some suggestions could be provided based off of what they’ve like and what they want to read, since I am personally drawing a blank on ideas. TIA

    **Have Already Read:**

    * Twilight Series
    * Harry Potter Series
    * Ready Player One by Ernest Cline
    * Mr. Mercedes, 11/22/63, and Pet Sematary by Stephen King
    * To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee

    **To Read:**

    * The Giver Series by Lois Lowry
    * Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes
    * Dracula by Bram Stoker
    * The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck
    * Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen
    * Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmond Rostand

      All Creatures Great and Small is pretty much the most readable book of all time. You can’t go wrong with that.

      The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes would be a good pick too; maybe The Scarlet Pimpernel as well
