I’ve been reading some webtoons where the main character is reincarnated as a the villian in a book series that they’ve read. The main character then tries to change the storyline to avoid dying at the end. The names of the webtoons are “Not Your Typical Reincarnation Story” and “I Am The Villian”
Are there any books with a plot like this?

Not a perfect fit, but you might want to try Not Another Vampire Book.
that’s soooo specific, I hope you find what you’re looking for! in the meanwhile you might try Recursion by Blake Crouch. it doesn’t involve characters reincarnation as book characters, but it does involve time and trying to fix the timeline.
