I need help figuring out what book this is! I regret not buying it and now I need to know

I saw it at B&N in the “Date with a book” section. It says: You can’t see them. But they can see you. Readers get an intimate glimpse into the fraying edges of each characters psyches, the constant hunger, the paranoia, the loss of hope, and far worse. Survival, folk horror, Irish lit.
