I loved the show “Money Heist” and I love legal crime thrillers. Any recs for books about bank robberies or heists?
I know Los Angeles was the hub for bank robberies back in the day (maybe even still today) and I’m from LA so it’s a bonus if it’s set there.

Roger Hobbs’s “Ghostman” duology is fantastically detailed, about a criminal who specializes in cleaning up botched heists. So you see what’s planned, what went wrong, and how everyone manages or fails to cope. The first book is about a CASINO heist though.
