As the title suggests, I’m looking for memoirs written by people living with bipolar disorder (can be either 1 or 2). And their depiction of their life with the diagnosis.
It can be from people living completely ordinary lives, or that of a more renowned person – doesn’t matter!
Thank you in advance!

The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath
She may not be bipolar but borderline personality
An Unquiet Mind by Kay Redfield Jamison
Written by a psychiatrist with bipolar disorder, so it’s a nice frank and clinical view of her own life with the disorder. It was a very accurate depiction and generally not super depressing.
