My favorite one on that list is *The* *Fellowship of the Ring*.
Of the three that I read, the one that I liked least was *The Good Earth.*

NO Spoilers. I read House of Mirth a few months ago and, while it held my interest, it was slow going at times. Then I got to the end and just sat there. Like, huh? All that just for this? Not saying that would be everyone’s reaction, but it was mine.
