I am looking for a book with spice & a theme/atmosphere/vibe similar to the show “Lost Girl” that played on Syfy or like an Adult version of “Gravity Falls”. It would be awesome if it had characters that are chosen family to each other and close.

I'm just looking for a book similar to these shows with spice, close chosen family characters, decent world building, spice, I do not care if it's just a male and female or reverse harem. I am bisexual so lesbian or bisexual romance is awesome too. I just want it to have supernatural mysteries and fun side stories. It would be awesome if the story doesn't take itself too seriously kinda like the episode where Kenzie gets hungry in the aswangs house and unknowingly eats human stew, she gets deathly Ill, but there's humor in the episode to lighten the dark subject. I also like when a book knows when to turn down the humor and get serious. Anyway I'm gonna stop rambling and I hope that what I'm asking for makes sense?
