Stand and Defend by Sloane St James – she leaves her abusive ex and he takes her in – but not in a damsel in distress way. In a friend needs help way. Hot. Omfg. And great character development
If You Hate Me by Helena Hunting – very steamy. Brother’s best friend, forced proximity, enemies to lovers
Also, if you’re into MM, my favorite book of all time and the steamiest of all steam is Heated Rivalry by Rachel Reid. Sort of enemies to lovers, forbidden love
I just realized these are all hockey. 😂 Hockey players just do steam better than anyone.
