Hi everyone!
As mentioned in the title, I'm a very picky reader, in the sense that I've picked up many books in the past, and if they don't captivate me enough, I quit within the first 100 pages. I absolutely adore romance books, of any kind! I've devoured many as a young teen, but then couldn't find any others that made me feel the same way.
Specifically, I would love books that have an interesting plot, or that have some action going on (by action, I don't necessarily mean smut, I just mean an event that could have importance in the book) in the first 50 to 150 pages of the book. You know, those books that make you gasp out loud, or take a break from it to reassess what you've just read (in the good way, or no! As long as it's interesting!)
I would love to explore different genres too. Please recommend me the best captivating books you've read!
P.S. : As a teen, I was obsessed with The Selection series, Red Queen series and Paper Princess series (ik, a lot of royalty going on 😂), and if applicable, pretty covers!!
