Hi all, I'm looking for cosy and wholesome, low stakes fantasy books with a specific trope. I realised recently that I love a stern and rule-following officer/official being sent out to a big house that is magical itself or has magical people living in it and them slowly loosening up / falling in love with the master of the house.
So for example Hulda & Merritt in Keeper of Enchanted Rooms and Arthur & Linus in The House in the Cerulean Sea. Can you recommend me books with this trope? Thank you! 🙂
