Hi, I'm looking for books where the fmc is or was abused in the past and has suddenly entered a large friend group. I'm not interested in RH, I would prefer if her relationship to the group be platonic, with the exception of the ml. The friend group can consist of both men and women, and I want everyone in the group to be really protective of her. I prefer the setting to in modern times and for the fmc to be in her teens or early twenties. The friends don't have to be the fmc's exact age, but would prefer if they are still somewhat young themselves, 30 or younger. Basically something similar to the White Dove series by Maya Williams, but with better writing.
