I was just wondering because I’m reading the sequel to my favorite book (my favorite book is the House in the Cerulean Sea) and I’m having a great time. The first one was cozier but I think this one is a lot of fun and I’m besotted with the main character. But. I think the books have their extremely cringey moments. Like sometimes I’ll listen to a scene and I’m like yikes what if I recommended this book to someone and they heard this scene and thought I was extremely stupid for liking this book? It’s not like I like every part of the book, I just like the book overall. What is it like with your favorite book? Are there parts that make you hesitate to recommend it?
