I would say my favorite books have been crosses between science fiction and thriller.
A beautifully written descriptive writing style with high quality character development, is very important to me in a book as well. (In addition to just holding my attention, I do NOT do well with slow burners)
Im more or less just looking for something in my ideal genres that can be memorable for such a special week for my husband and I, that I can read during down time.
