I didn’t listen to it, I did read it and loved it that way. But I’m not a fan of listening to books so I can’t attest to this audiobook being better. I like to stop, ponder, reread, etc when I come across impactful portions of the book.

I’ve only read the book, probably never listened to an audiobook in my life, but people really seem to praise the audiobook and based on what I know from the book, I can kinda guess why. Not going to give spoilers but I think I’d definitely go with the audiobook for my first time (I would’ve if I knew about how good it was).

It was my first time listening to Ray Porter’s narration and I liked it. Now I can’t think of this book without thinking of Ray Porter’s voice

I enjoyed the audio version. Having the bonus of the narrator’s tone/difference voices with characters’ dialogue was nice.

did both… can’t recommend listening enough. But I did listen the first time so maybe that’s why I prefer it
