What’s a book that has some plot holes or other issues, but you’d still recommend in a heartbeat?

I am normally very critical of plot holes and things like that. But I recently read First Born by Will Dean and, though some loose ends were flailing wildly at the end, I still really enjoyed the book and would recommend it (with fair warning about the plot holes).
