Title says it. Any books that either really stick with you at that age or capture the feeling of it really well.
Helps if it tackles a lot of the issues that age carries. Leaving the nest, getting your first real job, trying to work the dating scene, trying to figure out what you want, and making new friends while your old ones either move on or keep loosely in contact all come to mind.
