I can’t even lie I LOVED the seven husbands of Evelyn Hugo. I understand where the hate comes from tho like the author does a weird job at writing poc characters and she literally isn’t even gay??? You can lowkey tell she is a straight woman writing gay girls but idk they love eachother so much so it’s fine. But like I loved Evelyn and Celia. They were both flawed and annoying at times but I am a SUCKER for wlw romance!! I’ve read last night at the telegraph club and she gets the girl and both of them were just okay to me. I need need need a book that makes me cry and obsess over the characters like this book did. I also really enjoyed they both die at the end if that helps?? That’s not wlw but like idk
