So I finished reading this book last night. I know I am one of the last to hop on the party bus, but that is not going to stop me from talking about an incredibly interesting read!

    Here are some unanswered questions/topics:
    1. How did Jeremy feel about Kate? Was he actually interested in her, or was he simply a horny asshole?
    2. Was Jeremy ever intending to do anything malicious or wrong with Amelia, or was he legitimately trying to help her with her social issues by pretending to be Ben?
    3. What was Dylan's disorder? Did she actually have a disorder?
    4. What was Zadie's stepfather's involvement in all of this? His company hired Det. Molina, after all.
    5. Who wrote "Sorry" on the school roof wall? Was it Sylvia?
    6. What was Kate and Seth's relationship like, back in the day? How did she discover he was gay? I feel like this is important.

Overall, I think the book is about finding yourself, staying true to you are, and the perils of relying on acceptance from others as a means of happiness/self-confidence. Sylvia relied on boyfriends, Kate relied on her career, Amelia relied on the Magpies, the Grace Hall community relied on status etc. All of these things are negative and/or unimportant things they each focused on, and they all culminated in Amelia dying on top of the school that day. In my opinion the ending makes sense, but there are still lots of things to talk about. I'd love to see a 'Constructing Kate' or a 'Deconstructing Jeremy'.
