I’ve gotten really into reading but a lot of books I read aren’t that popular. But there are a few of these books that I love so much and they have great imagery. And I have this strong desire for there to be shirts I can wear with those beautiful designs, because I love clothes that represent media that means a lot to me. But there’s never any merch for these books like there are for other things like anime or music. Even for small indie musicians and games, there is usually some merch that can be found. But not for indie books.
I looked at some websites where you can design your own shirt but they’re too basic and wouldn’t have the right colors and blending. I just wanted to share this feeling and see if others could relate. I wish books were more celebrated like other media 🥲
