    I’ve been struggling with constant feelings of not being good enough and tend to criticize myself a lot, which unfortunately affects the way I treat those close to me. It feels like I’m always waiting for my life to be “perfect” before I can be happy, and this mindset is taking a toll on my relationships. I’m looking for book recommendations that can help me work through these feelings of self-doubt, learn to be more compassionate with myself, and find happiness in the present. Any suggestions for books that address self-acceptance, self-love, or overcoming negativity would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
