New reader here, looking for something big and epic in a sci-fi or fantasy world but also with an emphasis on a romance. I've read practically nothing so don't worry about suggesting something too obvious, it probably wont be to me. I'd like a series to dig into, but standalones are good too. Everyone is currently going crazy over A Court of Thornes and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. It’s a series of books in a fantasy world, I personally haven’t read them but I hear there’s a lot of romance and saucy stuff if that’s what you’re looking for.
