Book that changed your life as an adult.

I have seen this topic a few times, but none of the past threads quite hit.

Whats a book that changed your life as an adult? I don't mean a book you read in high school. A book you have read after being in the real world living as an adult.

And, why did it change your life? Where were you at in life that this book came into it and your whole world changed? Bad relationship, career, feeling, etc etc.
