Did i set the bar too high? Lol. Im new in this book thing, because i want to find new hobby, but this book made me fall in love instantly in reading. Okay well technically my first book was Oliver Twist but that was not because i want to read them, its because i want to impress my english teacher that i can finish a whole book back then. But man, im on chapter 17 now on The Shining, i like how he tells the story, storyline so far was good, i guess its better than the movie (im a huge fan of the movie)
Is there any author that write like Stephen King, or maybe almost the same? Suggest me an author or a book that is hard to put down. Im into Thriller and Dystopian (cause it seems interesting) at the moment.
Just to give more examples, i like series like breaking bad or ozark or peaky blinders, movies like hereditary or midsommar or rosemary’ baby — to give you ideas on what book to recommend.
