It’s officially fall and the “spooky” season is upon. Usually at this time of year I try to red at least two creepy novels, like Shelley’s Frankenstein or the latest by Richard Osman or Stephen King. Nothing like getting comfortable in your favorite reading chair, wearing a thick wool sweater, having a cup of coffee by your side and being scared by your new favorite scary novel until cold sweat runs down your neck.
I’m thinking maybe Hound of the Baskervilles or Pet Sematary. Do you have any favorites? One seasonal favorite is Christie’s Halloween.

Try Paul Tremblay for something new – A Head Full of Ghosts is one of my favorites.
Ghost Story by Peter Straub
I’m currently reading The Exorcist by William Peter Blatty..occasionally with the author narration as well. It’s really eerie, and creepy. Also, kinda makes me uneasy lol.
Try that one out! Or anything by Stephen Graham Jones!
The Amityville Horror by Jay Anson is a classic haunted house story, may be right up your alley 🙂
