A cookbook with basic recipes for someone who’s always hungry and just doesn’t know what to make for dinner
I just need a book with normal decent recipes that I can browse through when I need to figure out what to make for dinner. Nothing fancy, no celebrity chef nonsense. Just good hearty recipes for a normal dinner.

Rachel Ray 30 Minute Meals. She made a three course meal in 30 minutes on her show. Dessert was usually sherbet or ice cream, but she had great ideas for busy nights.

Honestly, when I want something super easy, I go for the cookbooks put together by ladies auxiliaries or church groups. They have small lists of ingredients and are designed to be as simple to make as possible. Although I’ve been known to put my own twist on things too, the recipes are also often easy to adapt.
