Looking for books that aren’t entirely rom-comy and cutesy, but encapsulate the emotional and social nuances of the brown queer experience, while at the same time having the sweet, healing kind of love and romance. Something that carries weight but will also make me swoon and sigh.
I know this is a tall order, but I’m trying to scratch an itch here 😅
Any genre is welcome (it doesn’t have to be strictly a romance) and I’d prefer if it’s sapphic but I’ll take anything queer.
