Hi everyone,
I'm a huge reader but almost exclusively read romance books. I want to try and get one of my friends into reading too, but 1) she doesn't like to read and 2) she hates romance with a passion so I can't buy her any books on my recommendations. She's 28, likes horror, action, thriller, and suspense, and everything fast-paced. She also likes mysteries but I don't think she would like that as a book genre too much unless full of fast-paced action. I'm looking for a standalone or can be read as a standalone, 300 pages or less (the less the better), and doesn't have long pages of dialogue or long sections of philosophical discussions. And of course, little to zero romance. This is all the info I could think of, but if yall need more, let me know. Any suggestions would be great, thank you!
