I realized my mind often goes to worst case scenario, which prevents me from acting freely and engaging with life. A simple hello to someone at work turns into me getting fired, getting into a fight, or looking like a weirdo. Of course these things never happen, but I have a hard time imagining good outcomes.
Marihuana helps me overcome this by numbing my mind however, I don't want to rely on drugs or medication.
Any book you think might help is appreciated.
