I don't know how to encapsulate this type of writing style into a genre, but examples are: Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Anxious People (Fredrik Backman), or A Gentleman in Moscow…
I think they all have some sort of semi-prominent narrator, are quite snappy/witty and have at least slightly absurd interations between characters. I'd put Lessons in Chemistry (sans narration) or even A Series of Unfortunate Events in this class as well.
