Books which make you feel uncomfortable at home

I love spooky movies but it’s hard for me to find a decent horror book that really gives me a chill or nightmares (I want nightmares from these recommendations!)

I’ve recently read “Someone in the attic” which was quite uncomfortable in a good way.

I’ve also read the biography of Ed and Lorraine Warren from The conjuring which gave me a similar uncomfortable spooky vibe.

Are there any similar books?
