Suggest me a book about an apocalypse that isn’t necessarily biblical
Like Station Eleven or The Leftovers. Please, as few supernatural plot points as possible (no zombies or monsters). I almost started the Left Behind series but it became clear that it's extremely biased.
Lucifer’s Hammer. It’s about an astroid/comet that hits the earth and life before and after.

The Road by Cormac McCarthy

“Dies the fire” by S M Stirling. Absolutely great – trying to build back and survive after an EMP like devastation.

Although it’s not quite apocalypse, I would call it more post-collapse, Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler is incredible and definitely fits the theme. Set in California while America is in the process of falling apart with intensifying wildfire, political and economic collapse, etc. Also a huge fan of the Leftovers and Station Eleven.

LOL those books are literally Christian propaganda

Blood Music by Greg Bear. A very different kind of apocalypse.

The Road. It’s super depressing, but well written.
