I love TJ Klune so so much, especially House in the Cerulean Sea, Somewhere Beyond The Sea, and Under The Whispering Door. Unfortunately I can’t find anything with that same cute, warm, and light feeling while also hitting on major life experiences.
I love that TJ Klune involves romance but its primary plot is not romance. I’m also a huge fan that they involve magic or fantasy, but that’s not required for the recommendation.

You might enjoy the Wayward children series by Seanan McGuire
My favorite cozy fantasy books this year were The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches by Sangu Mandanna and Legends & Lattes by Travis Baldree. Both very cute, bit of romance, bit of fantasy.
