I want to read a book where the protagonist (or at least one of the main characters) is on the wrong side at the beginning and the identity crisis that follows. Mainly interested in scifi or fantasy but anything fiction is fine. Like breaking away from a religion/cult.
If you dont know anything like that I am also fine with converting bad guys if it is done well.
I just watched the Owl house and loved the Hunter character…
