I have been an individual contributor for 7 years . Now I have been given a team lead position. But my people handling skills are almost zero. I don't know how to deal with bullies, arrogant,lazy people who want to make my life difficult. Overall I want to improve my skills dealing with humans who are tough. Please suggest books that can help.

The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene might be an interesting one to read in that case. Not all of them might apply to a day to day life, but there might be some points worth considering when you’re in a senior role.
