Non Romance book to cry to

I have been really trying to find some books that are really sad that aren’t sappy or spicy romance books, I want to find some books that focus on inner struggles and friendship stuff (but not limited to just that, anything but romance lmao) And also I don’t really want books that make you shed a tear or two I want some books that will leave you an emotional sobbing mess, crying for days. Do your worst. (Btw I especially want some books that cover topics such as abuse, depression, suicide, self harm, and general sad friendship shit)
