On BookTok, all of the videos that talk about spicy books always only include straight relationships. As a lesbian, those types of books are unappealing to me. I’ve read a good amount of sapphic books but I wouldn’t really consider them “spicy,” with most of them being YA so there are no sex scenes, and the ones that do have sex scenes just aren’t as good as “straight spicy” books.
