For me getting into a book takes at least two hours of reading. I’m not the type of person who needs the book to start off super strong for me to get into it but I do like really heavy set up in the start. These are some books I’ve read rated, I would REALLY appreciate some recommendations based off them. (Yes I am an 18 year old boy and it shows in my list)

More info: for movies I like funny movies most of the time but I prefer more serious and dramatic books. I like when books explore the themes of loosing a loved one, wrong thing for good reason, misogyny, mystery, money, the craving for power and always wanting more, and love for family and friends.
I’m not super into romance but I do like it when a book has a good side plot of that.
