Hey, what are your favorite book series that aren't fantasy or romance. Something like the sea of fertility by mishima for example. All genres except fantasy and romance appreciated

The roads to freedom trilogy by Sartre?
What about sci fi? Three body problem and its sequels are really, really good. The Mars trilogy by KSR is alright, utopian-ish sci-fi trilogy about terraforming mars.
