Hello! My husband and I are looking to start reading before bed. We're usually exhausted (because toddler/baby) so looking for a short story compilation of horror/ghost stories. We love all genres of horror and open to modern or historical. Thank you!

If you are into Cosmic Horror you should try “The Call of Cthulhu and other weird Stories”
Stephen King has excellent short stories! My favourite is Skeleton Crew, but Night Shift and Everything’s Eventual are great too. Different Seasons is fantastic if you can manage novellas!
