My daughter is 8 and loves to read. Whether she's reading books herself or having them read to her at bedtime by my wife or myself. She tends to like stories that involve some kind of magic/fairies/unicorns but that isn't a must as she's pretty open to most things. So, whether it's a one off or a series, can I please have some suggestions of what your own daughters are currently reading as I have trouble keeping up with her demand. Thanks all

Summer in Orcus by T Kingfisher.
The Enchanted Forest Chronicles by Patricia Wrede (first book Dealing with Dragons).
Ella Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine
I really enjoyed The Famous Five and The Secret Seven by Enid Blyton around that age.
Amari and the night brothers by BB Alston
All the kids are obsessed with Keeper of the Lost Cities series at the moment. Seems like she’d love them.

Perhaps have a look at Lucy Strange’s books. THey’re very good
