your best halloween books!

hi all! i’m looking for some books to read to get me into the fall/ halloween spirit! the vibes im looking for are cozy, small town, set in fall/ halloween with a dash of murder, demons, ghosts— anything spooky. added bonus would be anything involving large old houses, or a setting involving a boarding school. thank you in advance!!!
