Not books about "here's how to count calories" or "here's how to exercise" or the science of weight loss. But rather books about self-image and self-care. Books about the cognitive dissonance of "I need to love myself as I am (which means don't change). But I also need to love myself by being taking care of myself (which is scary because change is hard)". Books about the mental trap of "this is how I've always been (and it's out of my control)"
Or anything like these kinds of ideas. Fiction or nonfiction, but I lean more towards nonfiction!
