Looking for fictional books revolving the dead.

I'm more or less looking for a fictional series or stand alone book about someone who has the ability to speak to the dead and see them. Or abilities along those lines. I always find books where the MC isn't the main one with the abilities. If you could point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!
