I just finished Part Two (meaning I've read about 300 pages) on my first read through and am absolutely loving it. I will say though, the first half of Part Two did feel considerably slower than any of Part One. There was such a momentum to the story going from the story of Cyrus, to his sons and then Cathy, it felt like I'd already read an epic over the course of 130 pages. For Part Two though, really until [the main event between Cathy and Adam halfway through], there was much less going on. I actually had to push myself through a few of the conversations about buying land and building the wells, but I can also see how it's likely setting the stage for much more to come.
Curious to hear what you all think of the upcoming "Parts" and which were your favorite and why. Given that I'm only halfway through, would appreciate if any spoilers are hidden with tags.
