I enjoy reading books about east asian (especially Japanese) folklore. It doesn't need to be strictly about folklore, it would be nice to just contain folklore (like fox spirits or yōkai) (i hope i'm being clear about what i'm looking for xD). I recently read the book "The Fox Wife" by Yangsze Choo, and i found it very interesting because it was based around folklore about fox spirits, fox gods etc. It was also a really great book in itself 🙂
Any similar books would also be appreciated
